Hi yall....I am real new here...Do not know much about the Cowboy Action Shooting but sure do wana learn.  I been grazin yur site and think it is a great place to get my brain a workin. I do not have any hardware to shoot with cept one pistol, 44 mag Ruger Blackhawk with 10" barrel and a old rifle, U.S. Springfield Armery  1896  30-40 Craig.  I am 61 years young, I have no aius as yet, hang my hat in Lewiston, Idaho.  Braine dead as fer as yur sport but willin tu learn.
Went to the chat room and could not talk whats up pard, I know i duno what im a doin.

Howdy, Boon.  Lewiston is almost the old neighborhood.  I'm from Logan, UT.

Make yourself at home, ask questions, join in, get smacked around by Annie Lee, and have fun.

Check out any clubs in your vicinity and just show up to watch and meet folks.  Tell 'em you're the new kid on the block and want to ask questions.  generally someone will shove a gun in your hand and invite you to shoot. They'll have you adopted in no time at all.  Friendliest bunch of folks you'll ever meet.

Watch out for my brother Trinity...he'll eat you out of house and home.

One otherr thing: if you take most of what I say seriously, you'll be a party of one.  Even I don't believe most of it.

Thanks Pards...I did give the locals a call and they do not have any more shoots this year. Start back up in March of 06 dang nab it. No one will eat me up, even the k-yoties, Im perty much skin and bone....hehe  I been roamin yur site here and sounds like a great bunch of gents and, good lookin CowGirls ta boot.   takes off hat and bows to the young Ladies
