 Hey Curley didn't i ever tell ya my last name SON was shortened from Sontag,and i married a Dalton,that's Carol's maidin name Is it the new book by Terry Ommen? Has a pic of a Dalton on the cover and Sontag laying in a pile of manuer at Stone Corral? My grandfather retired from Stone Corral school.Terry helped me with the oakie display at the Mooney Park museum.

ya can get the book from Amazon..I read about it in the local newspaper (Tulare that is..) and looked it up..

There is another writer that did stuff on the dust bowl Ron Hubley i think,him and i were in a movie together with Randy Travis,i was just an extra sittin in an old church stareing at randy eye to eye.My grandfather was also the writer bus driver when he was little.He just writes about the oakies though.Stone Corral is out in the foothills above Seville,the school is in Seville,but you new that already i'm sure.
