Shell pouch revisited

Some may recognise these from the ones I posted plans of some time back but they do have a new twist.  These have the backs cut away and are no longer stand alone cups for attachment to uhhh whatever.  The back was simply trimmed down, skived and tucked through a bottom slot.  Very quick and easy to do with no sewing involved while the simple slide gives me a way to test them quickly and easily.  The splash rivets that I used here could be covered by adding a liner to any project they were used on.  After using the old style for a year or so I decided that the one with the extra cuts did not actually offer any advantage, to me anyway, as the pouches are shallow enuff to not need a push-up.  I made one of each just to see how others preferred them, appearance wise.  Will not be shooting much, if any, until after the holidays are over but will report on how they do at a later date.

Those look like they'll work fine. You're right, the one without the push-ups is good since they aren't very deep. Good design idea.
