Rule Change: Long range rifle usage.

Starting with the 2019 Grand Muster,  the Long Range rifle component of the match will be shot with the same rifle as used in the Skirmish runs, with the required exceptions of Handgunner and Forager.  The use of a different rifle will remove the user from consideration in the Brigade Championship.

This is largely a reflection of current practice, while hopefully preventing specialization of multiple firearms.  This also insures the competitor is always scored in the correct class.
