Hi kernel,

Try S&S Firearms for all your Spencer parts.  http://www.ssfirearms.com/  Download their catalog for a look see of what they offer . . . pages 58 or so several pages of Spencer parts.  This link will get you there. http://www.ssfirearms.com/products.asp?cat=150

BTW, you just missed getting a Spencer sight, an original, that was posted on eBay.

Post photos of your Spencer!

thanks two flints for the info. sure would have liked to get my hands on that original on ebay, just my luck. just not quite sure if i want to do anything at all to it but i sure would love to shoot it! mine also has been worn down where you can see the magazine tube. also has the initials HB carved upside down on the left side of the forearm. i watched the two videos of the conversion process, looks pretty straight forward. may just get the parts from S&S and set them aside just in case. lots of info in this forum, i'll try and post some pics this weekend when I have more time. thanks again

I would suggest that you call S&S and ask if they have a reproduction Spencer sight made by Rich Cross. They are not cheap, but they are exact replicas. I am speaking from personal experience.
