New Front Sight for my 1858

I bought another Pietta 1858 from Cabellas last week and my 20 year old version felt "left out"......So I made her a new front sight....







The old sight on this adjustable sight model Pietta 1858 was a "Hook Back" and really tore up the holster. This new brass sight is easy to see and clears leather nicely!

It works perfectly. Clears the leather real good and jumps right out in front of you.
