Picked this up in a trade a few weeks ago. Never been fired in new condition. It was purchased from Taylor Arms in 2007. I am really wanting a plain Jane 1860 Henry in 44-40. I want one that I can use for Civil War.

I prefer a brass frame, but an iron frame will be just as acceptable. Since this is a $1700 dollar rifle from Taylors and they are no longer producing them, I would like to get a little "boot" on the trade. I will consider cap and ball revolvers or other firearms. Make me an offer  ;)

Its not far sale, trade for another Henry only.

You too buddy. This engraved "transitional" Henry is really pretty and a good shooter.
