Just finished this para military style holster with a mag pouch.  The customer actually wants two sets for his 1911 Colts

John,

It's really not a stamp as you know it...it's an embossing stamp and has to be "pressed" into the leather by either a hyd. press or in my case I used a very large vise.  I believe it is the same embossing stamp that Boothill Bob is using.  He can give you the particulars where to get the US/CS set.

Guys, I was talking to Raymond a couple of weeks back concerning some plate ideas and the conversation got around to the US/CS plates that he offers.  His large set works great with belts, pouch flaps, wrist cuffs and some holster fronts while the small pair do great on single mag pouches and other similar small projects but could an in between size have any demand?  Two of my most popular holster patterns do not have room for the large size and Raymond was ready to volunteer trying a new model BUT I kinda crawfished on him.  I would feel bad recommending something that wouldn't sell, what do you guys think?  I have even thought about something more rounded, as opposed to oval, might fit the bill to fit in slightly narrower places as well as give a whole new look to the pattern?  Would there be any interest or should I leave it alone?

Outstanding!!! A real quality piece of leather work.

Thanks for sharing it with us.
