Federal 12 gauge, "Top Gun Target- Subsonic"

Federal produces this subsonic 12 gauge ammunition # 7.5 shot which only has a muzzle velocity of 900 fps. Has anyone tried this ammo in a Cowboy Match yet? I'm looking for an alternative to Winchester "AA" Low Velocity, Low Recoil for the wife as I can never seem to find it?

Finding low recoil seems to be a chore, I gave it up and started rolling my own, works out to about 4 dollars a box.

Garand, I just bought 2 boxes of it,  but have yet to try it.  It does have 1 1/8 oz shot which will up the recoil somewhat.  The hulls are ribbed and the base is brass.  The guy at the store said his kids shoot lots of trap or skeet with them in doubles and they fall out okay.
