Hey guys. I really enjoy looking at all the good stuff on this forum.I am looking to build a set of cheyenne style holsters for my 4 5/8" New Vaqueros. I was wondering if some of you guys could share some pics of some cheyenne holsters that you have made. Looking to get a few ideas. thanks in advance.

Glad to see you with us.  A good starting point is the set of patterns offered by Will Ghormley, these include most of the popular gun styles and common barrel lengths.  Learning to make your own patterns is a great skill to acquire but it sure is nice to have pre-made patterns to give one a jump start.  Tons of photos all through this site and most big makers will have tons their personal best shown on their web sites.  Below are a couple of good catalogs to browse for ideas and there are plenty more listed on the SASS links page.

Here is one  that Cliff Fendley made for me though for a Uberti and fits both the 5.5" and 4.5" barrels.

Howdy folks.
Been lurkin around for a short while and feel it's about time to contribute a little.

Here's a cheyenne-style holster I made some 10 years ago after drooling too much over "packing iron".
The border tooling was less than perfectly done and has faded with time and several seasons in the sun.
The belt was my first attempt on a money belt.
Apart from using thicker leather I believe it's quite correct for the period, and I'm still happy with it.
