Guess who just turned thirty-nine again this year?  I am going to exercise the birthday option to  break the leather topic rule and tell yall what the wife got me.  Though it isnt in my greasy little fingers yet, I have a Uberti '76 on the way.  Guys I have wanted one of these since Oliver Winchester was just a boy! 

Well I have had a change of heart, we do not want anyone to get heartburn over this one so lets make her all legal.  I will want to give my new toy an old bufalo rifle look and would definitely want a suede butt wrap with some sort of simple Indian motif , any patterns or ideas for such would be appreciated.

congrats...Slowhand..Happy Birthday.....I have a pattern for a 73 if that would help...most all of my butt wraps are suede but I don't have any indian beads work on them...

Why thats great and actually suede goes a long ways on its natural look alone but I will probably call you and JD in the near future and we can talk on it a spell.
