Any info on chip micormick colt ss commander 45 acp , did colt make a chip micormick model. it is like new in box  and have chance to buy it,,owner got this in 1980s ,and said its a rare commander model  , iany info on this, before i buy it  thank you

I think it's a signature model from CMC LLc ...Chip Micormick's company.
I don't think Colt did it , rather work done by CMC LLc.

NO CMC markings has COLT ROLL MARKS
