I have talked with Andy Fulks before about coming to NCOWS sponsered events and he didn't seem interested mainly due to the relatively low numbers of attendees compaired to the Civil War reenactment venues he usually goes to.  It costs alot for him to pack up his wares and hit the road.

As for the period correct variety of shooting glasses I actually picked up a pretty good pair at Ossips in Carmel, Indiana.  I was pretty shocked to see the frames up on the rack for sale.
