I think Gary already responded in the phone call cited above:

"....not before we finish re-tooling the SAA line!"

He has no responsibility to come on this forum to answer a bunch of rumors being spread on the internet.  If you really want a definitive answer, give him a call and ask him.

First, the "Gary" in that response was the name of the person asking the question. It was not referring to Mr. Gary Granger. Of course, it probably was Mr. Granger who typed it. I mean, who else would?

Second, these are not mere "rumors". As I've stated, I was told by individuals at the TWO BIGGEST DEALERS of U.S. Firearms products, that their production is at a stand still, has been for months, and that Doug Donnelly has lost interest in his "hobby." Now, are these people spewing nonsense? Aren't they in a position to know at least a little about the situation?

Lastly, it is very naive to believe you can just call up Mr. Donnelly or Mr. Granger and automatically get the truth. If Gary Granger has been instructed to keep his mouth shut, that's what he'll do. If he's been instructed to spout a bunch of BS, he'll probably do that as well. His paycheck may depend on it.
