From the WBAS Committee:

The WBAS Committee is pleased to announce that the IAC 93/97 shotgun is LEGAL for use in WBAS sanctioned competitions. The shotgun is LEGAL for all sanctioned WBAS matches effective Jan. 14, 2012. The WBAS Shooters Handbook is only updated once a year so this approval is not shown in the current version. The following wording will be added to the next revision of the WBAS Shooters Handbook to be released in November 2012 under the section: "Shotgun Requirements":

The IAC 93/97 reproduction Winchester is also approved. The shotgun may be identified by the numbers 93/97 on the left side of the barrel and the words IAC Billerica, MA on the right side of the barrel. Original Winchester 1893 shotguns were declared unsafe by the manufacturer and are NOT legal for use in WBAS sanctioned matches.
