I was down at my buddies antique store today and he had a desk or bench that looked to be handmade to me.The seat was dished out sort of like a tractor seat and you sit the same way in it and in front was a half circle or crecent moon looking desk top )
in front it had a small drawer that pulled out that had a couple of pencils in it.I suggested it may be a coblers seat or something a leather crafter would use to do the carving on,when i said that he told me he got it from an estate and there were alot of old leather tools,he didn't have the tools there yet,but when he does i'll get pics and see if any of ya want any or see how good they are.Anybody ever see a chair or desk like this??? ::) It also had cut outs for your legs..

It was all thick wood also, could have been a school desk but i never seen one like that although you sit in it the same way.. ???

I would have took a pic but didn't have my camera :(

If it is like what I am thinking, an old leather worker I knew in Millington, TN had one very similar. I've also seen them in Saddler and Leather Workers Mag. I think that's the name of it. Very efficient setup.
The first step of becoming a good shooter is knowing which end the bullet comes out of and being on the other end.
