Recommend the best barrel reline shops?

Hi folks,

Can you recommend the best shops to reline Winchester levergun barrels, and give me a ballpark what a full reline costs (using a T.J. liner, which I understand is around $100 or so)?  Trying to determine how viable a project this is.
