Gen Lew Wallace

I just received my new Curios and Relics FFL after not having one for several years.  I was just reading every single word on the document and noticed something very interesting.

On the back under "Notices" number 3 states: This license is conditional upon compliance by you with the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1341 (a)).

I guess I will have to read up on my U.S. code sometime; but I'm sure my water is clean.   ;D

Absolutely.  I had one from 2002-2005 or around there.  Let it go, and decided to get it back.

I hope that you weren't asking if there is a C&R holder that would buy you some things. Anything that even appears to be a commercial trasnaction will draw the wrath of The ATF down on the holder. It is forbidden to transfer any gun that you have aquired with the use of your C&R for one full year. You are suposed to be a collector, right?
I will no longer respond to the rants of the small minded that want to sling mud rather than discuss in an adult manner.

FiremanBrad

No, I have my own CnR!

Greetings,

FiremanBrad, please see this page for some good C&R links.  Most notably, if you do reloading, you can get a dealer account at Grafs & Sons, which is one of the very few Dillon dealers.  Do not listen to the person who uses the name Bugscuffle.  This person does not know of which he/she speaks.  There is no time limit on holding a firearm.
