Romono Spencer Carbine

Does anyone have any experience with purchasing a Spencer from Romono? The guns are pricey but they look awsome. I was wondering if they are worth the price compared to a Taylor's. I was also wondering what the waiting time is and if the gun comes with a tuned action and reasonable trigger pull weight etc...

If you try a search on SSS just type in Romano Spencer you will get quite a few hits.  Also, lots of loading information on the Romano Spencer.  I don't own one, I like being married but they do get excellent reviews from SSS members who own one.

I do not have one but have been priveleged enough to have been lent one for a week to work out a load,they are extreamly well made guns(works or art would be a better description)they shoot and function flawlesly,expencive but they hold there value ,even rising in price with inflation,one of these rifles is defintly on my bucket list

I am fortunate to own one bought in 1997.  Then I got married in 2000 and that was it for good guns  .

It's put together like a 27 jewel watch and is the best gun I have ever owned.  With the right load its a true tack driver.
