Mornin Marshal,

This took place in Monmouth, IL. at the actual house Wyatt Earp was born in.
It is now a museum, link to it here:

Thier regular re-enactors backed out on them three years ago and they gave us a call at the last minute. We have been doing it ever since.

We have a small club 8 miles North of Monmouth. Link here.

The Arapaho Kid

Excellent set of pictures!  I am impressed!  When I was stationed at Fort Huachuca in 1988 I drove up to Tombstone several times and watched the reenactment.  At that time it was put on by a group called the Boot Hill Gunslingers.  I don't know if they are still active, or not.  Some of the Boot Hill Gunslingers are descendants of the Clantons and the McLowerys and most of them live in, or near Tombstone.  As I recall...the did two shows a day.  One before lunch then the second around 3ish?  The actors used Black Powder in their irons to make a lot of smoke and to add to the realism.  Anyone who goes to Tombstone should watch this.

Four-Eyed Buck

Nice pics. Been readin' back and forth between Silva and Tefertiller lately......Buck 8) ::) ;)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

I have read Teterfiller's book three times, but have not ordered the book from Silva yet. What is your review on Silva's book on Wyatt Earp ?
