I know this should be posted over in the RATS & PWDFR Forum but, with all the attention lately bein' on this forum... I thought it best to post here.

I received a call yesterday from the General Manager of the company makin' our pins.  He was very professional & apologetic about the delay in our pins bein' delivered.  He is truly very sorry for the inconvenience & has offered to return $100 of our money to show his concern.  That $$$ will be distributed equally between all the memebrs who have purchased the pins & refunded to them when the pins & certs are sent out.
