Polishing Clothe for barrels.

To start with, I am not the most handy person with tools, just ask my missus. I have a new stoeger sxs and like all new guns needs some breaking in. Question I have would just using a polishing clothe around the ejectors help me any, dont even say anything about using a power tool, I have a slight shaking of the hands due to meds so I would probably cut the dang barrels into 2 pcs
