Mako, thanks. I'm just tryin ta help out a friend. Didn't want him ta sell somethin for a couple of dollars if it was worth more. WM

WM,
If it is a pre Ballisti-Cast H&G mold there is value in it especially if it is in good shape.  Ballisti-Cast who bought the tooling from H&G about 1999 when they closed their doors makes the same mold today.  I used  to think they had just added  "6" to the beginning of all of the old H&G molds, when in fact what they did was add "600" to the number.  So for the H&G 68 it became "668" but the #130 is the sum of 130 and 600, so it is now the #730.

Go over to the http://castboolits.gunloads.com/ forum and fish around for a value.  You can sell it there, they have a big swap and buy board.  The people there will give you his best bet for determining the best value if he sells it.  Auctionarms, gunbroker, gunsamerica or one of the other firearms auction sites are other places they get sold.  eBay used to be a good place, but it has gotten sort of cliche for serious gun people.
