Since they have a different firing pin that the OT's,,,do they have issues too ? or do the firing pins in the RM's seem to do fine over the long haul ?

I just havent heard complaints on them.

The R-M (and Type II Richards) firing pins do sometimes pierce primers, but they are easy to file down a bit.  I had to do that to a couple of mine (using Federal primers).  They do not bend as some of the older OT firing pins sometimes did.
