Slicked up, custom gripped SSM in 32 mag with 5 1/2 inch barrel.  Carry load can't be mentioned on a board but propels a 124 Flatnose at 1250 fps.  As much as a cripple can handle and will stop anything I need to shoot around here.

Next Ruger when the money is on hand will be a #1 not sure which modle or caliber I'll get, could stand to own a dozen of the finest mass produced rifle in the US.

Seriously, over the years I've owned many, many Rugers... from the Blackhawks, Super Blackhawks and Redhawks to the Security Sixes and Speed Sixes... always thought they were good, solid and dependable revolvesr for the money. Never had any use for the Ruger automatics, though...

I spent a lot of time totin' a Ruger on my hip... didn't mind beatin' a Ruger up to save my Colts... but for pure shooting pleasure, nothing (for me, anyway) beats a Colt Single Action Army or a 1911
