Question about opentops

Howdy all!


Does anyone make an opentop in 45 Colt? I have seen them in 45 Schofield, but I am not interested in loading 2 different calibers.
I am looking for something a little different from the SAA's and the opentops seem to be something you don't see much on the firing line.

Thanks ST. I must have spent an hour looking the other night. I had found one page that made reference to it, but I couldn't find it as an option on any of the importers websites. I started thinking it might be one of those mythical guns that people have talked about, but never happened.

Some more news Jax.

I took a glance at the guns buyer guide for 2005. And the Cimarron opentop had the .45LC option. Which is odd cause on their page in the net they don't have that option.

That's where I was looking, S.T.  I don't think that their internet site is a high priority to keep updated.

I appreciate you confirming what I had thought I heard.    Now I'll have to start saving my pennies to get one. (Since I only need one for NCOWS    )
