Very pretty!  But if I were ordering one, I can't image why I'd want it in .444 Marlin, when .45-70 is available.  They don't specify how their rifle is breeched, but I would hope it would have the lockup of the M71, which though not quite as smooth as the vertcal surfaces of the M1886, wedge the locking bolts against the cuts in the breech block, giving a bit less give to backthrust.  Of course, with a straight-sided case like either the .444 or the .45-70, you don't get quite the backthrust of a tapered .348 WCF.
