Just a question...

I've got an old (third generation) COLT 44 special made in 1978, NIB never fired;  anyone got any idea what is the best thing to do with it?  I could either sell it, or have it worked on and shoot it in matches.

What do you all recommend?  I bought it unfired and have the box it came in.  I only paid $750 back in 1993 for it; is it at least worth that nowdays?

Thanks for your time,

Shoot it.

Shoot around 500 rounds through it before you decide it 'needs' any action work - most won't - then do that yourself, since all it 'may' need is the stoning of any high points and a good lubrication.

Or sell it to me.
