Cuts,
Yes, that is what I understand but apparently there was a reorganization of sorts and they began producing again.
As FCK indicated, Powder, Inc. has it. That's were the powder I have came from courtesy of John Boy.

I did some testing yesterday and was very pleased with the results. I'll post in a day or two.

Cuts,
Not only is Powder, Inc. offering KIK, but they are supposed to be offering the powder packaged as Skirmish again soon.  They are presently out of all Diamondback and FFFg KIK.  They are trying to keep some flavor of less expensive powder available at all times.  KIK is a bit more expensive than Diamondback and I'll bet the Skirmish ends up being the same price as Diamondback or $.50 cheaper.

Goex announced they were going to sell "reenactor" powder, and some Skirmish will probably be "reenactor" in plain cans.  The last Skirmish I got was in silver un-marked cans for the FFFg and a simply marked white can for the Fg.  I'll bet "Reenacctor" is the same as Skirmish Fg.

There was a time in the past when Powder, Inc. substituted KIK for me when they were out of Skirmish, I thought that was excellent treatment of a customer, but it cut into their margin a bit.  Having multiple sources will allow them to offer something for skirmishers and those of us who really don't care what it is as long as it goes bang...

Woohoo!!!! Three cheap powders is excellent!  Bring it on...

KIK 2f velocity runs right along with goex 2f express. It delivers plenty of accuracy, and is the cleanest burning black powder around.
Very good stuff.
