Was talkin' to Zzyzx Saturday nite. He came out to Ambush to visit like you did. He told me he wanted to make one of your lunches and give you some crap as a proxy for me.
Do you have his email to send him info on your next GLB? If not I have it and can forward this to him as a link. Sorry I can't be there and I have trouble getting into restraunts anyway. Something about termite infestation. BTW, did you get a look at the wanted posters at Ambush? They had one of me as senor Pepto Bismo and they had me down under my alias El Marionetto and wanted for running an illegal termite flophouse. I don't know what they mean by charges like that.

I've invited Zyzzx almost every time, but his wife has something on Thursdays and he has to drive her. Might shift one to a Wednesday and see what happens.

When I talked to him Saturday he told me his hearing is getting so bad he has to read my e-mails twice.

As for termites, hell, we can dip you when you get here...and you won't even have to dance with anyone.

Well, he did not mention not being able to make Thursdays, just that he wanted to make one of your lunches. It seems as though he has a bucket list going. Good for him at what, 86 years young?

Hey, I just got an email form him. Seems his wife has changed her appointment for the first time in half a century and he's free. I told him to get up here tomorrow, but he might not get to one for two weeks.

Zzyzx has always been such a great pard to me. We talk BP of course, but other things too, like how ugly you are compared to me. Anyway I am so glad he will be able to make a lunch with you guys and gals. I wish I was coming too, but I gave him permission to hassle you as much as possible and use my name.

Zyzzx showed up yesterday and says he'll be a regular from now on. Goos to have new blood, no matter how old it is.
