Are ther any pards here that shoot at a club near Chico CA? I have friends that I am visiting and would like to arrange it to shoot with a SASS club while I am there ....
My moniker is my great grandfather's name. He served with the 2nd Florida Mounted Regiment in the Civil War. Afterward, he came home, packed his wife into a wagon, and was one of the first NorteAmericanos on the Frio River southwest of San Antonio ..... Kinda where present day Dilley is ...

There is an NCOWS club that at one time was around Bakersfield, the Hat Creek Regulators.
Their Posse Representative is Paul Jacobson; <pjacobson@bak.rr.com

While you're looking for a club to bang steel with, keep in mind that roughly 60% of NCOWS members do not belong to a specific club. Don't let the proximity of an NCOWS club keep you from joining up.

Sir Charles,

I did look up every club on that board and none are in the Chico Area ... it explains why people would travel over a hundred miles just to shoot with the River City Regulators ... they are almost a straight shot down I-5 from the Chico area ....
