I use it for small game and target pactice. I figured everyone with a 357 would compete with it but am suprised they dont.  Its an authentic cartridge being i believe the 6th most popular chambering in the saa. The modern rendition can be shot in any 357 pistol. Maybe not rifles though.

Heck no.  It would not stop Moro tribesmen and so it would probably not ding a steel target.    ;D

It will punch the hell out of a paper target though  ;D

I've got a 38 Long Colt DA revolver used in the Phillipines by the Army and later the Phillipine Army. It's neat to shoot once in a while. I bought some Black Hills ammo for it.

But, if you travel to the island of Mindinao, you better take a .45 at least!  Some of them characters still come out of the jungle. Only, they are generally packing AK's!  >:(  Most folks think this jihad started on 9/11/2001! But over in the Phillipines, we've been fighting since about 1902 or maybe 1898!
Ride to the sound of the guns, but watch out for bushwhackers! Godspeed to all in harm's way in the defense of Freedom! God Bless America!
