Looking at buying a pair of New Revolvers. 1851 Confederate Navy .44-Caliber Sheriff this is the brass frame model, never have been been a big fan of the brass frame but the price is right and will only be used with light loads. Reviews say No-11 caps work good on them.
Anyone shoot the 1851 Confederate Navy .44-Caliber Sheriff / Good, Bad Worth the money  ??? ??? ???
I would prefer the 1858 Remington with the 5-1/2 inch Barrel But Money is the main factor here
I can get 2 of the Navy's for just a little more that 1- 1858

Sharps if there is one very important thing I have learned about C%B revolvers, it is: They are like potato chips - you will always want more.

It is a good buy and in your current price range - jump on it pard.  Some time down the line, you will find a good buy on a couple of Remmies and then you will have four.  ;D

I own three currently and my favorite to shoot is the brass framed sheriff. Mine is about 20 years old and still tight.  It is also .36 cal.
When guns are banned, fear the man with a hammer
