Thanks for being so quick with your reply!

I have already shot him and email concerning some of my special needs (i.e. I am a reenactor in Sate Parks and wil often be firing blank rounds with Floral foam as a wad/bullet)

My queation for you is;

What size spring did you get at Loews? Did you have to cut it down any ?

Also, what diameter and where did you get the brass 'end' that you put on the plunger?  Did you just epoy it on or?

And is the brass plunger concave to fit the bullets?

Got the spring a lowe's. They have a spring section. You get 2 compression springs for like $2.89. You can buy short ones and use them like they are or longer ones and cut to length.
