Can Hammers On a Hammer double be bent to fit?

Found your La Bohemienne by Pedersoli.  Near as I can tell, same gun as the "Doc Holliday."  The only difference I can see is the barrel length and checkering.  The Doc sells for about $1150.  I'm going to get one, so I only hope it's worth the money.  In the past, Pedersoli has only built quality guns.  Keeping my fingers crossed.
It would appear after a closer look-see, the Pedersoli hammers would not fit or work with the TTN.  Entirely different strike points to the firing pins.

I plan for the worst and then if it's better, Hurray!!!!  It the TTN/Cimarron does go the way of the Dodo Bird, at least we have the Pioneer and the Pedersoli.  Lots more bucks though.  Most folks won't pay for a premium gun.  Although from recent postings at SASS, folks are paying a premium for SKBs, Brownings and such and then sending them out for some expensive tuning.  I see the Pedersoli and the Pioneer as something very shootable out of the wrappings.

I talked to our friends at Cimmarron (they are one of our Winter Range sponsors) and Abilene said they had found some more 1878s in China and were hoping for a shipment later this year.  Unclear about whether the Chinese are still actually making new ones or if this is the last of the old stock.

There are a goodly number of the '78 Coachguns built and waiting to leave China for Texas.  There previously was an issue with the middleman that Cimarron had been working with.  At ShotShow Cimarron met with the head of the Chinese factory and in the future will be dealing directly with him.  Nobody can predict the future but current plans are for production to continue .  Taylors and EMF will likely continue buying them from Cimarron and offering them for sale as well.

Cimarron is listed by Pedersoli as one of their distributors.  Be nice if they were stocking/selling them.  Are They??

Cimarron sells Pedersoli single shots (Sharps, Rollingblock, Highwall) and Lightning pumps.  I have not heard of any plans to sell that shotgun, but I will try to find out.

Reference your last question (original post) ......... With the exception of dulling or removing the cute little  horns (cuts your hand real quick) on the front of the hammer, ......... leave 'em alone.  With a little practice (wash my mouth out with chocolate) you can run a TTN real quick ........ after you remove the little horns
