Which model of the Lyman #2 offered by BACO fits the Uberti 76s?  And how much elevation can you get with it?

The Marbles website says that the screw spacing on the 1876 and 1886 are the same.  Then again you might give Lyman a call to confirm this since Buffalo Arms Co. says there is a no returns policy for their tang sights.

I'm not sure about the Uberti, but I have a Lyman No.2 for the 1886 Winchester on my Chappy NWMP carbine.  It mounted right in place with no additional drilling and tapping.  Apparently the original 76's & 86's had the same hole spacing.  With it sighted in for 100 yd, the adjustment on the sight will give approx an additional 52" of elevation at 100 yd.  What this equates to at longer ranges depends on bullet, load and velocity.  The tang sight gives this rifle a 31" sight radius.

I hope that this helps.
