New Rio Grande gunbelt with John Wesley Hardin Holster for Schofield

The longarm is actually my dad's remington Spartan coachgun.  With that 7 inch revolver, I want a Ubert/Pendersoli 1873 Trapdoor Carbine to go with it.   The revolver even has U.S. stamped on the bottom of the grips.  Both would be matching cavalry weapons

You can't see it, but the back of the but has 24 cartridge loops for .45 long colt.   Where could I put the 45-70 ammo?  A dump puch on the right side?  A full .45-70 rifle cartrige belt?  (that would be quite a bit in the way wouldn't it?)
