With very sad heart I must report that Officer Timothy Webster of the Crystal Springs, Mississippi Police Department has been killed in the line of duty. He was shot during a scuffle with the suspect during a traffic stop. The suspect has been apprehended. Also arrested were two others charged with aiding and abetting the suspect. Office Webster leaves behind a wife and three children. Please remember this officer who went in harm's way and has paid the ultimate price as he served to protect.
