It's definitely a nice cased set, in excellent condition for it's age; but, with a NY barrel address, it's not a London model.  It is more than likely an export model that had to get proofed for the English market.  From the serial number, it was made in 1871.  London factory shut down in 1856.

Most of the early London models were made from parts supplied by Colt to the London factory and had Brass BS/TG.  The London-Londons that were wholely manufactured in England had Iron BS/TG.  The later Hartford-Londons that were made in Hartford and shipped to England had London Barrel addresses and a mix of Brass and Iron BS/TG.
