I recently purchased an Uberti 1860 Henry 44/40 and noticed that the front sight was a little cock-eyed to the right.  How do I straighten it?  I noticed that there is a small screw near the sight and was wondering if this was used to adjust the sight.

Major 2

The Henry front site is a fixed blade.  The screw you mention is not for sight adjustment it is to retain the swiveling front section of the barrel.
I thinking that section is not aligned and your sight along with the front section is little cock-eyed.
when planets align...do the deal !
