Hey everyone:  I just received a bunch of bullets from Springfield Slim.  The 165 grain big Lube Boolits.  I hurried and reloaded 50 rounds and with two 44/40 Remingtons it didn't take very long to shoot em up.
The other bullets I was using didn't have enough lube on them and the guns would stick up with the first 5 round.  Today I shot 25 rounds with each gun.  The last loaded 5 rounds became a little sticky but still not very bad.  That is equilivent to 5 stages in weather that is about +15 degrees.  I would assume in 80 degree weather things might even be better.
Thanks for alll the advice about what bullets to get.

Thoughs are nice revolvers.
I have a pair in 45 and have shot 3 different big lube in them with little
problem. You may find a squirt of moose milk here and there on the base pin
after a round will keep them going pretty good.
They are a fine shooting gun.
Enjoy

I have 2 sets of 75's in 45 that I have used for 10 years now and love them
I run 200 grain bullets with APP and run 6 stages without any trouble  I have also used
Pyrodex, 777, with no trouble as well as Goex and had some sticking but hit the pin with
some olive oil and good to go worse in hot weather thro. :o
