Yes it is and a very beautiful representation of the Colt Bisley.

If need it:  we have a great FFL here in the DFW area that is a USFA dealer.  He usually has great prices for SASS and NCOWS members.  Let me know if you need a contact and I'll send you his name and number.  I handled one of the Bisleys at his shop and the blueing on it was outstanding.
