Finlay got me another Pietta new Army at a friends auction Saturday.  Needs a bit of work.  the cylinder goes to  far when cycled fast.  I think the bolt needs to be a hair narrower.
I am now looking for another Kirst Conversion for it I would like to find one with the old style solid back plate.  Or if someone has just the solid back plate they don't need.  I would even consider an R & d cylinder.  I know I can get new ones out there but I hate to pay retail.

Can't wait to get out and shoot it.

And now a third pietta new army or "'58" Remington followed me home from the gun show.  Seems to be an older one and in good working condition.  the finish is a bit worn and some rust spots around the nipples but that can be cleaned up.  I'll have to load it up and see how she shoots.
Still looking for another conversion cylinder, prefer Kirst solid ring but would consider any in .45 colt.  I am also interested in lightening the main springs a bit.  Any ideas?  I'll have to see what VTI has available and get some Treso nipples too.
One more thing, anyone have a left hand flap holster available?
thanks
