1865 Spencer Serial Number

I have 2 1865 Spencers with Serial numbers 792 and 26520,I am hoping to find some information on them on where they were shipped and possibly who might have owned them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Win73,

Photos of your Spencers when they arrive would be great to see.  Especially of the top receiver`area and any photos that show markings in the wood or on the metal.  Do your Spencers have M1865 stamped on the receiver area?
