What is the opinion about this shooter. What problems? Is Ruger fixing these.

I'm sure Ruger will fix whatever problem occurs.  I've been told, by a friend, that his was so out of time that it fired a round
out of chamber.  Can't verify 'cause I didn't see the thing.  But from all the reports about the new Vaquero, Ruger is standing
behind them and is fixing ( and I'm told even replacing some ).  My two cents.

I've never had a problem with my old Vaqueros, and I don't own any of the new Varqueros so I can't comment on them specifically, but I've had other Rugers that developed minor problems. Never has Ruger failed to resolve those problems to my satisfaction. For me, their customer service has been great. I can't imagine they would not resolve problems with the new Vaqueros as well.
