Spencer rifle & no mag catch

Went to go pick up my Spencer Rifle .56-50 and the mag tube would not stay in.  On examination there was a screw missing in the butt stock and nothing for the groove in the mag tube to catch onto.  My dealer is going to call Taylor on Tuesday.  Bummer.

I had exactly the same problem when I got my rifle in 08,it seems that they still have a problem with quality control as well as not taking notice of customers
