Once again The Bounty HUnter is acting up it looks like the trasfer bar is not lifting before the hammer drops all the time.  It.s done this before and we replaced the transfer bare which was cracked.  had to have it adjested again. now it seams to be out of time again.  Is there something else that can be done to eliminate this problem for good?  I've heard about filing some on the hammer face but where exactly.
Thanks for any help.

I think you'll find the stamped finger on the front of your trigger has broken off and thats why the transfer bar isn't working. You can remove the little finger from the trigger and then JB Weld the transfer bar to the hammer in the fire position as a cheap way to eliminate the transfer bar safety. A trigger is available from EAA for 14.00 part # 914K. If I was ordering parts from EAA I'ld also get a hand assembly I've found them to be a weak point also.
