The only gun I ever found to be comfortable in my boot was a Light Weight Commander. (Wish I'd have kept that one). I usually, well always, just stick a gun inside my shirt on my left hip, butt forward. I've seldom had a problem carrying like that. Understand that I'm really big so don't have a problem hiding a gun.

I used to know a fine Christian older Black Lady who carried a S&W between her 'headlights'.  I don't remember the model but she killed 2 men who tried to break into her home, one on each occasion .

I used to carry a S&W J frame in a pocket holster. or had a large wallet [think check book size] that held the gun and another 10 rounds of 38spl. since it didnt look out of place, no one ever thinks gun. I tryied an ankle holster once and couldnt ever get comfortable with it.. my son uses an ankle holster  but his laces onto his boot so that it doesnt move at all. he can even run with it as well as you could run in boots. Life is a rush into the unknown, You can duck down real low and hope nothing hits you, Or stand up tall, show it your teeth, and say "Dish it up Baby and dont get stingy with the Peppers!!!"

I carried a 9mm Firestar in my boot for about 10 years.  It just fit perfectly without a holster.  Rusted the bejabbers out of the left side of it, though.  Heavy, slow to get into action, but invisible to carry.

You'll have to take time to grow callouses on your ankle bones and other places, but once you do, it's not a bad way to carry.

Well it's like this. when I carry My Taurus PT 145, I use a shoulder holster, pancake on my tight hip or a in the pants for a crossover on my left side. Now when I carry my Colt Mustang, my Cobra derringer or my Charter Arms Detective I usually just put them in my right front pocket. Alot depends on where I'm going and what time of day or night.Sometimes I carry two just for the hell of it. ;D
Swinging a rope is alot of fun unless, your neck is in the loop.

Depends on what I am wearing:
Minotaur by Com Tac, tuckable - my favorite because it keeps metal from skin.
High Noon tuckable, or
Galco tuckable

None at work because I work at a university with a zero tolerance, no-gun policy.
