Nice Feature on new Big Lube molds

Howdy Pards,

Your favorite black powder bullet molds just got another feature that I think you will enjoy.

Now, when the machinist/engineer cuts the cavities in our Big Lube molds, he imprints the mold designator/name on one rail.  It's made big and easy to read.  Since many of you own more than one BL mold, this feature makes selection and storage a little easier.

No extra charge.

Looks good DD. That would be very helpful, as I have to open up my molds to see what is in there.

I was hoping you had the self-fill and auto-heating option on one already....

We, the Germans and I, had looked at putting an electric heating element in the mold blocks.  It's doable, but then the dollar vs the euro went into the pot and I had to park the idea. . .

Howdy Kid,

Big Lube®LLC molds have been manufactured here in the USA by Big Lube®LLC for over a year now.  As the stock of existing LEE manufactured molds is sold, they are replaced by Big Lube®LLC molds.  All parts and assembly of Big Lube®LLC molds sold in the USA are manufactured here in the USA.

Germany was looked at as an out source for Big Lube®LLC molds for the European market.  That may yet happen, depending on currency fluctuations and other considerations that will not be discussed here.  The mold block pre-heater was suggested by the German firm that was consulted about producing molds for the European market.

The subject of this thread was the cool feature of the inscription of the mold designator/name on the mold blocks.  I thought it would be good for pards to know that was now being done, since it was not done previously for Big Lube molds.
