1874 Sharps Carbine search

Greetings all BROW brothers and sisters,
          I have had a few different Uberti '74 Sharps basic hunter rifles. The round 32 inch barrel, no checkering, basic. They were all double trigger and fine shooting rifles but I traded them off for different but same period offerings. Right at this time I have a Navy Arms Springfield Trapdoor carbine in 45/70 and a Marlin 1895 Cowboy model in 45/70 topped with a Nikon Pro-Staff 3x9x40 with the Bullet Drop Compensating reticle. Between the 2 of them I will do all my rifle hunting for whitetail deer, black bear, and wild boar. The main purpose of this post is I have been making the rounds of my local firearm dealers, pawn shops, and gun shows in search of a replica Texas Ranger Sharps carbine with single trigger and 22 inch barrel and I would prefer it in 45/70 but would be almost as happy finding one in 50/70. The only preference in the 45/70 would be commercial availability of ammo where the 50/70 would be more difficult. I have contacted a few different places like Cimmaron, Buffalo Arms, and Taylors didnt return my call yet, but the results have been none in stock, none available at this time, and I have never heard of one. If any of you have one you would like to sell or trade with or can point me to someone that has one available please give me a holler. Also if there are any of you willing to share your experience with one good, bad, or horrible I would sure appreciate any recommendations or advice before I make the plunge into something that I may regret. You could try Shiloh Sharps as they have made them and may have one. They may cost more then the imports but are well worth it. 406-932-4454
